Why Paramount?

We're a team with energy. We're fun, innovative, and have genuine passion for what we do. We have a great culture - and that's not by mistake. Everyone in our company believes in the same values and lives by them. Namely - we're proud of what we do. We're accountable to our clients and to each other. And we all know that real growth happens outside our comfort zone. Our clients' experience guides what we do, and we never stop improving.

Why Paramount?

We run things differently.

We don't believe in hammering on the KPIs, and we don't believe a competitive work atmosphere is the most productive in the long term. Nor does it deliver the best customer experience - far from it. Our approach is team-oriented and outcome-based, valuing every role in the company equally and nurturing people to achieve their best. We're probably unlike any other estate agent you've encountered, and not only because there are no ill-fitting 3-piece suits in sight!

We run things differently.

From day one, I noticed a distinct difference in the way Paramount operates compared to other companies I’ve worked with. There’s a sense of trust and camaraderie here that I personally have not experienced in any workplace. The office has a “family office” vibe, where everyone looks out for each other. The welcoming nature of the team made it easy to settle in and build strong relationships, both professional and personal.

We've rented our flat through Paramount, dealing with Dani and Isabella. We found both of them to be very proactive and responsive. There is a fair amount of paperwork involved. It was very good knowing thay everything was done by the book.

The process ended up being more involved than expected, but they stayed engaged throughout, kept things moving and provided a great deal of support when it was needed. A particular shout out to Jamie and Ollie, who ran the process and were excellent throughout. We had such a great experience with Dexter and the team! We were looking for a flat in London remotely from Scotland, which could have been a really stressful process, but Dexter made everything so easy. He was incredibly helpful, quick to respond, super accommodating with viewings and always happy to help with any questions or requests. He was also really personable, which made the whole experience feel so much more enjoyable.
