I love the family feel of the neighbourhood. The landlady is fantastic and always on hand for any issues, and I'm happy with the great conditions of the flat and appliances. We found out that we were expecting our first child here so that's really special for us and the only reason we're thinking of leaving is to find somewhere with more space.

Gladstone park is so close and a great get away. The jubilee line is also super convenient for us and has been very useful. I'd recommend the Stables Cafe at the top of Gladstone or The Dollis Grill. The stables is a lovely destination of any walk and the Dollis Grill is your best bet for dinner.

If I could change one thing it would be new bedroom furniture maybe but everything is perfectly serviceable.

Monthly bills were around £80 - 100 in utilities. We used BT for broadband and Octopus energy.
